Cosmetic Acupuncture
I am back in NYC after a long trip in Europe. Had a great Lifestyle Beauty Awareness Workshop in Stockholm. A Workshop I did with several experts in the beauty field. One of the Expert was Ann Ankar, an Acupuncturist who focuses on making women look younger using needles. An alternative and ancient way to lift and firm the skin but also help to detoxify. She placed 95 needles on my face and for some who requires more she will use up to 300 needles for more lifting. I wasn’t sure how I was going to sit still for 30 minutes with the needles in me but I made it. I have done two of this in the past and what I like about it is that it also helps to balance my yin and yang. I have so much yang that having acupuncture done helps to calm my spirit.
Ann told me that a package of 10 would give the greatest results but you can get the glow just in one session.
